• These currently range from a dormant site with planning permission for 24 residential units in North Kent, This is a unique investment opportunity where we want to capture the uplift in value of the site which is currently dormant right through to the build and eventual sale of these units prior to and without the need of further capital outlay or the need for a mortgage.

(This is not a traditional off plan purchase, but something exciting that Evolution LI have been working on for some time).

• The other is a forth coming release of brand new luxury apartments of which we are in negotiations with the homebuilder to secure a bulk buy discount prior to public release which will be passed onto clients of Evolution LI.

• We are also at the very early stages of an exciting overseas development opportunity within the leisure and tourism industry which can potentially yield a fantastic yearly income along with great capital growth.

In order to present our clients the very best deal available Evolution LI do not openly market all of their projects as we do not wish to entire into a bidding war with our competitors as this can potentially reduce the capital growth return we worked so hard to achieve.
